Installing an Oracle Designer 10g Repository

Although its really complicated, I really like using Oracle's Designer product for data-modeling. The obvious drawback is the amount of software that you have to have in place to use it and just how complicated it can be to install and configure. Here are my step-by-step instructions on how to setup your own Designer 10g Repository on Windows:
