El paso siguiente...

And we're off for the next steps on our journey. We will leave Antigua in a few hours and head the three hours to Chichicastenango so that we will be there bright and early for Sunday market day, one of the largest in the country.

Our last few days in Antigua continued to be "bone crushing," but still quite enjoyable. (Pobre Jaime fell to the evils of mild turista, but has been put back on the path to health with some Imodium and a little extra Gatorade. Susanita is, as always, tough like bull when it comes to the stomach critters and I...well, I'm in denial. We'll see how that three hour trip to Chichi goes!)

Abrazos fuertes, y más pronto.

Hey James & Jennifer,

Bob and I just returned tonight from week long visit to Seattle and my Dad. We spent three days in Victoria, drove to Mt. Rainier for a day and went to a Mariners vs. Tigers game. It was nice, but I am completely jealous of your adventures! Hearing "Jaime" reminds me of the Spanish class that we had together freshman year. (I cannot remember that teacher's name???) I spent a short time in Cuernavaca/ Mexico City last spring and cannot wait to get back to that part of the world. I hope that everyone is feeling better. Keep the up-dates coming!!!

Peace,
Pam

Hey, the adventure looks like fun. Sorry to hear YamYam's tummy did do so well but tell him to have a few more straight shots of tequilla and that should kill any bugs :-) The pictures are beautiful and the weather looks outstanding, how is the heat? Glad to hear classs is over and now the grown kids get to play.. ENJOY, FROLICK, and we chat at you later.
